Ready to Ship Orders will be despatched right away but all custom made orders will take 4-6 weeks to craft before shipping.
You can collect from my Hatton Garden office or I can post next day special signed for delivery (UK only)
You'll receive a detailed invoice, insurance valuation and stone certificate ( if certified).
I work directly with stone suppliers and workshops cutting out the middle man, making the supply chain far shorter. I keep my overheads low so that I am able to pass on lower prices direct to you.
Payment can be made by card via Shopify Payments, by Bank Transfer or via Paypal.
I offer you the option to spread the cost of your purchase over a period of up to 6 months. Any order must be fully paid before it is released.
Yes, all of my materials are from strictly ethical sources and abide by the Kimberly process.
Custom orders are non returnable or refundable with the exception of manufacture faults. For all other items please refer to my Returns Policy.
I offer a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing faults.
